Pastor Kenn became pastor of Locust Grove Baptist Church in September 30, 2007.  He is a graduate of Lawton High School, 1979.  After graduation, Kenn joined and served 6 years in the United States Marine Corps.  After completing his tour of duty, he became employeed by the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company where he spent 24 years.  At the age of 28 God called him into the Gospel Ministry of Jesus Christ.  He is currently serving in his first pastorate and is attending LBU where  he is working toward a BA degree in Bible and Theology.  He is currently a Senior. 

Pastor Kenn shares in his testimony that he came to know and accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior at the age of 7.  He has always know that God would one day call him into the ministry of Jesus Chirst.  He and his beautiful wife Beth have been married for 22 years.  They have two children.  A daughter named Brittney who is married to Jory Caldwell.  Recently, Brittney gave birth to a beautiful little girl named Naomie.  Their son Bryce is a fantastic young man.  He is 14 and currently attending Lawton Christian School.  Kenn and Beth are very proud grandparents.  Beth is a graduate of Cameron University, Lawton, Oklahoma where she earned a BS Degree in Home Economics with a secondary teaching certificate with an endorsement in Elementary Education.  Beth has been teaching first grade for the past 14 years.  Beth, along with both of their children are comfirmed believers in Jesus Christ.  Pastor Kenn had the unique priviledge to baptize both of his children.

Pastor Kenn knows that God placed him at Locust Grove Baptist Church.  Both Kenn and Beth know that working together, serving God, and loving God's people is their call to the Gospel Ministry of Jesus Christ! 

Jimmy Lehew has served as Pastor or Associate Pastor over the past eleven years here at Locust Grove Baptist Church.  In years past, Jimmy has served as Associate Pastor at Calvary Baptist Church, Lawton, Oklahoma.  He also served as Pastor at Cooperton Baptist Church, Cooperton, Oklahoma and at Highland Baptist Church, Lawton, Oklahoma. 

Pastor Jimmy is a graduate of Lawton High School, 1960.  He served in the United States Army from 1966 to 1968.  While attending Cameron University, Bro. Jimmy recieved his Bachelors of Arts Degree in 1971.  Bro. Jimmy also worked on his Masters of Divinity while attending Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.

He also served  for five years as Student Minister at the BSU (Baptist Student Union) at Murray State College in Tishomingo, Oklahoma.  After God's call on his life to move to Cameron University, Lawton, Oklahoma, Bro. Jimmy served for 21 years as Campus Minister of Students.

Bro. Jimmy has one brother and two sisters.  His mother who lives in Lawton, Oklahoma is living at Mc Mahon Tomlinson nursing home.
